What skincare and makeup products do you use?

At Uber Beauty we use the top salon products in the industry. If requested, our beauty artists will 

use your personal skincare and makeup products. Hypoallergenic products are also available.

How do I get ready for the appointment?

To expedite your appointment, we ask that all clients be ready with a clean face and wet hair when

the artist arrives. For poolside salon appointments, you can take an outdoor shower before the 

service begins. 

How long will my appointment last?

Uber Beauty artists are trained to complete each hair or makeup look in 45 minutes or less. 

What if I am running late?

Your beauty artist is booked with you for a 45 minute hair or makeup session individually or a 90 minute hair and makeup appointment and we allow for a 15 minute grace period if you are running If you are delayed beyond 15 minutes and your artist is available to stay, you will be charged at rate of $75 an hour to keep the artist for the additional time. Running late or need to push your appointment. If our artist is not booked directly following your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule for the additional fee or to complete your service in less than 45 minutes. Please let us know if you will be 

Can I request a specific artist?

 We do our best to accommodate client requests for individual artists. We implement rigorous 

screening and training, and guarantee excellence and consistency from every artist on our team.

Can I book directly with an artist?

Unfortunately, no. We do not permit our artists to contact Uber Beauty clients directly and 

it is company policy to terminate membership for clients who attempt to secure the services of our 

artists outside of Uber Beauty. 

I need to cancel my appointment. What is your refund policy?

We require 12 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes without charge. Cancellations 

within 4-12 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Cancellations 

within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged the full appointment fee. Appointment locations 

cannot be changed without advanced notice and approval from Uber Beauty.
